Both Landlords and Prospective Tenants should ensure that that their agent is an accredited member of a self-regulating body such as RICS or ARLA Propertymark in the same way that they’d check their holiday was protected by ATOL or ABTA.

We encourage landlords to employ our full management service, not only to ensure they are compliant with their statutory obligations, but also to have us inspect their investment property at least twice annually to monitor and report on property condition, arrange any remedial works that may be required and ensure the tenant is happy - a happy tenant is a good tenant!
We assist tenants to find high quality property, increasingly with proper in-house management, to meet their needs. Our tenants have a direct point of contact with us, and do not have to travel to distant towns to sign up or communicate.
We engage approved and insured contractors for maintenance, and recommend our landlord and tenant clients contact FCC Paragon with their insurance requirements.
