Both Landlords and Prospective Tenants should ensure that that their agent is an accredited member of a self-regulating body such as RICS or ARLA Propertymark in the same way that they’d check their holiday was protected by ATOL or ABTA.

We manage and/or let over £60Million worth of landlord clients properties in-house, minimising the hassle and maximising the return on their property investment. Our landlords rarely lose out to lengthy void periods between lettings. Our clients money is bonded under RICS rules.

We encourage landlords to employ our full management service, not only to ensure they are compliant with their statutory obligations, but also to have us inspect their investment property at least twice annually to monitor and report on property condition, arrange any remedial works that may be required and ensure the tenant is happy – a happy tenant is a good tenant! 

We assist tenants to find high quality property, increasingly with proper in-house management, to meet their needs. Our tenants have a direct point of contact with us, and do not have to travel to distant towns to sign up or communicate.
