I recently used Country Property to let my 1 bedroom house as a first time landlord. I found Country Property extremely competitive in price and they provide a 5 star service. From the initial meeting with Heather we knew they had the landlords and tenants interests in mind. Heather spent a few hours talking to us to make sure we got the right tenant and that we complied with regulations. Heather and Yasmin diligently carried out in excess of 15 viewings over 2 weekends and even with every prospective tenant wanting to let, I never felt pressured to make my mind up there and then.

Heather and Yasmin are extremely knowledgable and are happy to help at any time of day. Country Property would be our number one choice in the future, we highly recommend their letting service.
