Your Privacy – GDPR 2018

In line with General Data Protection Regulations 2018 (GDPR) we’ve updated our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy to reflect the requirements of the GDPR.

The main changes are:

  • We have updated the Data Protection section of our Terms and Conditions (clause 14) to more clearly describe our processing of Personal Data.
  • We have added a new clause to our Standard Terms and Conditions to give further Data Processing Information.
  • We have re-written our Privacy Policy to clarify the types of personal data that we collect from our clients and the way in which this is processed.
